Return Policy

Warranty and returns


Every purchase comes with a free warranty and a 60-day trial period.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. At AudioKlarheit, we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the products they have purchased from our suppliers. If you have any issues with the shipping or product and are frustrated, please contact us and our team will assist you immediately. Please email us to initiate a return.


If you are eligible, you must return your order to us before your return will be processed. Our customer service representatives will let you know which address to send the goods to. Once the order has been successfully returned to us according to the tracking information, we will process your return.


The lifetime warranty is non-refundable.


CLAIM FOR REPLACEMENT


Customers who experience any of the following problems will receive a free replacement immediately:


  • The customer's order has been lost or damaged in transit
  • The customer's hearing aids have a manufacturing defect and/or have been damaged by regular use (the hearing aids no longer charge, no longer function normally, etc.)
  • The customer has ordered the wrong product; in this case, the correct product will be sent free of charge.

In any of these cases, the customer is no longer entitled to a refund once the replacement device has been sent.


RIGHT TO A REFUND


Although we strive to provide our customers with a memorable shopping experience, we reserve the right to refuse refunds for the following reasons:


  • Customers who claim “I am no longer interested”, “I am not ready for hearing aids”, “They are no longer needed”, as well as any other reason not related to the performance of our products will not be refunded
  • Customers with an order containing one of our non-refundable items will not receive a refund for these items
  • Customers facing issues listed under “Eligibility for Exchange” will receive a free exchange, eliminating their eligibility for a refund.

In order to receive a refund for an eligible order, a reason for the return/refund must be provided. Without a legitimate reason, your request will be denied.



Cancellations


Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after purchase. After that, we cannot cancel your order. You will then have to wait until the goods arrive before you can return them.


How long is the return period?


You can return a product within 60 days of receiving your order. The products can also be returned in used condition. We do not charge a restocking fee.


How long will it take to get my money back?


A full refund will be issued to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the products have not been opened. All customers must contact us after returning the parcel and provide us with the track & trace information so that we can process the refund. Please note: Most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund.


In general, products cannot be returned if any of the following conditions apply:


  1. The buyer has repaired and/or modified the delivered products themselves or has had them repaired and/or modified by a third party;
  2. The delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or otherwise handled negligently or contrary to the instructions of the intermediary and/or the packaging.

Do I have to pay for the return costs?


Yes, all customers are responsible for the cost of their return. We recommend that you send your return with Track & Trace as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.


Can I return my product without contacting you?


You must contact us before returning the product, as the return address may differ from the address you originally sent your order to.

My order is damaged, what should I do?


That's a great pity! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during shipping. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 60 days of receiving the product.


For the quickest resolution, please send us an email with a photo showing the damaged part of the item. Photos on a flat surface where the label and defect are clearly visible are best. We will use this information to help you with your order and avoid mistakes in the future.
